Pros
Office infrastructure is good. Most of the team has work life balance not all of them..
Cons
In some of team manager force you to reach office during covid 19 even you travel by metro or auto where other people are working from home..if you denied then you will be threaten to get 2 rating in the next appraisal..Now they are firing people.
