      Very nice to be able to work remote

      The company is still growing and therefore struggles to actually have developed processes to help individuals succeed. Managers are largely new to the world of management and as a result are too concerned about their own performance then helping to train and develop their teams

      Pros

      I've learned an incredible amount very quickly, had real ownership, and worked with passionate, extremely smart people who genuinely care. It's super refreshing and feels like a rocketship

      Cons

      The pace is intense and expectations are high, so it wouldn’t be the right fit if you’re looking for a low pressure environment.
