Pros
LanceSoft not only recruits for open contract employment positions, but helps with salary negotiations, interview scheduling and tips, followups, payroll, etc. I found them to be highly proactive in this regard.
Cons
Although I have yet to experience an actual conflict of interest and don’t expect to, it can sometimes feel as if I’m working for 2 employers rather than 1. At times I received 2-3 different communications or requests from LanceSoft from 2-3 different people. On a few occasions I was asked and answered the same question more than twice.
