Good opportunity to learn the recruitment process and work with clients. Exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities.
Cons
Poor people management and lack of professionalism from leadership. Employees do not feel psychologically safe to raise concerns. Favoritism and inconsistent work allocation make it difficult to perform fairly. Communication from management can be disrespectful and demotivating. HR processes did not inspire confidence that employee concerns would be handled confidentially or transparently. High levels of stress with little managerial support or recognition. Workplace culture needs significant improvement in accountability, respect, and employee trust.
