Great pay. Unlimited overtime right now. Merit raises. AMAZING insurance. 100% match 401K. Several types of paid leave. Paid holidays. Comp bank you can refill for extra time off. No outside duties w/ exception of transports. Corrections isn't fore everyone but I love my job. Every job can be stressful but we are a family and we get each other's backs. I've enjoyed my time here and would never consider leaving. Fun work place with my friends. It's work. And you don't have to LOVE work. It's what pays the bills to do what you love. Everyone will say administration. But who doesn't say administration when they work for a government agency? It's government. It's stressful. It is an extension of law enforcement. You will have bad days. But here, they pay you very well for what we do. There is a lot of overtime right now but everyone is understaffed as of this moment. 2022
