      Pros

      Dozens of client in DFW give you an opportunity to work with a myriad of IT technology. If you dont have experience with it, you will soon!

      Cons

      Inadequate company training. They will send you onsite to work to migrate that Exchange server with no experience. You will have it when you get done! Poor insurance option, no retirement.

      Pros

      Majority of clientele are 8-5, 5 days a week. This makes for an easy oncall of one week every 2-3 months. In that week expect 0-3 calls. Coworkers tend to be helpful and team oriented. Owners not afraid of firing bad clients.

      Cons

      Little room for corporate advancement. You will get raises and be appreciated, but if you are looking for title changes, then you will want a bigger organization.
