      - Micromanaging - Expected to work 9-10 hours - No Structure - No Growth potential - “Hybrid” work but no longer a thing in 2026. - No proper training or development, just blame game if something was done wrong 3 months ago

      Pros

      Good working environment in general. Supportive coworkers. Various activities to interact with colleagues at different departments. Gym, yoga and Bootcamp classes available.

      Cons

      Salary is not so competitive.
