6yOver time, decisions had to be made to move towards a more structured company. Engineers that previously were allowed complete freedom were told they had to perform within certain boundaries. Regrettably, some of the engineers felt personally attacked by these new constraints and resisted change.
Turnover is no fun for either party. However, we are happy to announce we have since hired 3 more individuals, successfully implemented more professional processes and guardrails, and have seen the majority of our employees past the one year mark.
