Pros
Small company, works primarily with non-profits
Cons
Overall, there aren't many positives that come to mind when thinking about Lamb. Yes, the individuals in lower-level positions, like I was, were great to work with and were well-intentioned, but management cancelled that out in a heartbeat. For a company that claims to pride itself on its culture, the culture there was awful. There was a complete disconnect between those actually doing the work and management. While account managers and assistant account managers would work their hardest to see to it that each account was handled and covered properly, management only cared about the revenue and numbers. Yet, when clients would hold galas, events, etc. you better believe management was there to accept the praise and recognition that belonged to the account managers. I've had experiences working for great companies, average companies, and terrible companies. Lamb undoubtedly falls into the terrible category. I would never recommend someone take a position there.
