Great medical and dental benefits. Employee stock purchase plan. Great place to work if your not trying to advance your career
Cons
The company over the last 5 to 6 years has lost their way. Quality and standards are lower then before. No more RSU's as part of their employment benefits. Management is terrible and does not recognize workers good or bad. Solid to work at for a steady 2 to 3% raise year over year
