The Global Management is really good, they have a CLEAR vision. But talk about India, no positive point - everything is worst here.

1. Worst Culture 2. Lack of Vision in India 3. Pathetic Leadership Management 4.Unprofessional Management 5. Inefficient Leadership 6. No Career Growth (Only if you run after the Leaders who are very rude) 7. There is no clear defined roadmap strategy 8.
