We’re glad to hear you appreciate the friendly environment, casual attire, and fair culture—we work hard to create a welcoming and supportive workplace for our team. We also appreciate your comments about pay and will continue to review compensation to remain competitive within our industry. Regarding work-from-home options, the nature of our business requires in-person support to best serve our residents and staff, so remote work isn’t something we’re able to offer.
