Hourly staff are very friendly

All Managers have been there for multiple years.

Lakeside Inn and Casino provides the perfect balance of life/work balance and communication of vision of future to believe in to keep you motivated in the ever changing industry. The Employees are more like a family where everyone knows and cares about each other because of the small size of the property.

Perhaps an employee cafeteria, but because of size of the property, space does not allow. The do offer a 40% discount in the restaurants instead.
