Pros
Top quality staff and winning attitude of the Maumee office staff,
Cons
The company become money strapped, stopped investing into their quality control and safety department allowing their top performers to leave, stopped staff training, reduced time home for field staff also very poor rotations for the extended hours and days 6 days on 12 to 14 hours a day not uncommon for a superintendent, Project managers are weak and never on the project except for a couple of days. Payments to subcontractors and vendors are often late. Hard to get tools and equipment for projects because the PM’s that plan the jobs never worked the jobs and they plan poorly. Our Detroit office after the merger became cold and unwelcoming I heard the same happen at the OH office. Detroit and OH never became a team.
