- Scholarship opportunities (supposedly) through T.E.A.C.H
Cons
- No matter how much you may like your direct supervisor or management team, they WILL be restricted by corporate in the worst ways
- Never any performance reviews for management
- Never any raises for management
- Put on salary pay class and expect to work well over 45 hours a week without being compensated, however - if you take 2 hours off one day, you will have to use your PTO (makes no sense)
- Rude corporate team members (some are good) but none of them are your advocates
- You will be ignored
- You will be taken advantage of
