Pros
A lot of nice people to work around. Stocked lunch room. Lots of time off. If family is sick Wayne is always sure to show he cares. Easy commute. Competitive pay. Vast majority of employees are approachable and easy to get along with.
Cons
Smaller company. Goals were often a bit fluid and expectations a bit unrealistic. There was always someone to blame if things went wrong. Every few months that person would inevitably quit or be let go.
