      Seem to truly value their employees. Good work/life balance. Everyone is intelligent, motivated, and friendly.

      Pros

      At Ladder, you don't get micro managed by upper management. The leaders hire you on expecting that you will be a valuable asset to the company. They had GREAT health insurance and a slew of awesome benefits. I really, really enjoyed my time at Ladder and the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Start ups can be dicey at times. Ladder had to perform a couple of layoffs from 2022-2023.
