      Exciting opportunity in a huge market. Great leaders who not only understand the business, but also genuinely care about building a company that cares for the people who make it possible.

      Cons

      Not many downsides to share here. It’s rare for a startup to work so smoothly, and it’s down to the seasoned leadership team and thoughtful pre-planning.

      Pros

      At Ladder, you don't get micro managed by upper management. The leaders hire you on expecting that you will be a valuable asset to the company. They had GREAT health insurance and a slew of awesome benefits. I really, really enjoyed my time at Ladder and the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Start ups can be dicey at times. Ladder had to perform a couple of layoffs from 2022-2023.
