Pros
Coworkers were great. We all had to help each other a great deal because management was awful.
Cons
Before the company was Lacuna, it was The Kindred Contact Center. Things were better then. With the new name and new management came a huge mess, awful morale, several rounds of poorly handled layoffs, non existent communication between upper management and employees, less emphasis on taking care of the patient and more emphasis on making the company money above all else. Management sighted “the company moving in a less clinical direction” as the reason for its most recent round of layoffs. If you’re an RN applying for a position, just know that it might not be long term.
