- The motto "Right first time" was enforced to an unecessarily intense level - where if you are making even small mistakes or errors after the first month you are made to feel incompetent - Isolating - Myself and others I know find it an isolating work environment where one doesn't feel entirely comfortable with fellow employees and interaction occurs at a merely superficial level - Performance reviews are unfair and focus on the negatives - A tense atmosphere underlined by the fear and severe punishment of even the smallest of mistakes (Including several disciplinaries for people I knew for relatively minor infringements)
