It is a great place to put your foot in the door. A friendly work environment with people from different backgrounds. Pay is compensated if working late nights or weekends.
Cons
Training is slow paced. You're usually stuck on doing the same thing for months. There's no clear path for further opportunities. The industry is also not in line with current standard wages.
