## Structure The best part in Labforward is the horizontal working structure. While mainly horizontal, we have enough verticality, so that ownership is preserved. Just the right amount of strictness. ## Team Furthermore, I value the teamwork we bring to the table. It’s not “my” or “your” code, but “the” or just “our” code. Everyone has this teaching-and-learning mentality, which also makes communication easy. ## Balance One last point to mention is the flexibility I can experience here. ## Workload Probably like in a lot of growing companies, the workload at times, can make it hard to get input from others within 1-2 days. Depending on the urgency of the subject, a ping (or 3) can help.
