Pros

- Great atmosphere within the team - The company is not shy to invest in your personal development - Awesome colleagues with passion for development - Working agile - Keeping up the pace with new technologies

Cons

- There are no project managers which can be a con for some. This means that you are in close contact with the clients as a developer

Pros

Perks of working at Label A: - Great team! Not only to work with but also after work to party, work out, or do fun things together. Because of them - The Amsterdam office (and new wing) in the middle of the city center and the Rotterdam office with a beautiful view. - Everything you need to do your work (laptop, books, etc.) - Change to develop yourself not only work-related but also on a personal level, with for example the workshops from #Recharge. - Great lunches and a kitchen full of fruit, snacks, and drinks. - Flexible working hours and flexible about doctor/dentist appointments etc. - Really nice extras like chair massages and of course the fun events (BBQ and meetups) and trips.

Cons

I think a few things can be improved: - You can only work at home/remote when it is necessary. - The workload is depending on the projects, so busy and calm periods alternate. - The company culture is open, which is good, but it also means everyone has an opinion about everything. - Because everyone is part of the team, you have to listen to all the different opinions, and it can take a long time to decide or change things.

Pros

Just to name a few: A great company culture, a flat organisation structure, no project managers, direct contact with the client, fun and challenging Scrum projects (custom built mobile/web applications, no '1 size fits all' projects) and room for personal development. But most of all a very experienced and great group of colleagues with which you focus on making quality products and can enjoy a nice VrijMiBo at the end of the week with.

Cons

As with any other agency there's times that it's really busy, and other times it's a bit more quiet. Balancing these moments can be difficult sometimes. When it's too busy it can be a bit harder to keep up.
