      Pros

      Founders are heavily involved and experts in their craft. Pim and Niels are some of the best I’ve worked with 👍🏻 Crazy talented staff developing open source tooling and improving tech culture as a whole In general other employees are very friendly and open people. Nice benefits and salaries are decent for a small company. Work/life balance is great with hybrid working and a good infrastructure set up for remote work.

      Cons

      Contract review process is heavily flawed. Conversations aren’t had in time so decisions are rushed through. Don’t fire someone, change your mind, then get surprised when they find another job. Despite advertising themselves as an English speaking company, internal comms are primarily in Dutch. It is a very lonely environment for expats. Project work can be sporadic with either too much or absolutely nothing to do. Heavy reliance on freelancers across the board.

      Pros

      - Highly skilled and talented people - Interesting and innovative projects - Closely working with together with (inter)national clients - Working with clients feels like collaboration instead of working for a client - Increase of diversity in the Lab Digital team

      Cons

      - Management team is quite large and in general are subject matter experts rather than leaders. - Company is growing quite rapidly so cherish the core values.

      Pros

      Highly competent team, great office, opportunity for self development.

      Cons

      Some processes need improvement due to company growth, but from my experience problems are identified and there is a proactive attitude towards addressing and solving them.
