I love working here. Karina and Erin are wonderful. The detail provided for session is excellent, particularly for Executive Function. Extremely flexible hours and no pressure to work. Can pick up extra hours for subbing during holiday periods. I disagree with other reviews. This is not a full-time job with traditional benefits. I see the benefits as the flexible hours. It's a great gig for graduate students who need experience and flexible hours. It's really fun working here. This company is not just a tutoring company. You get to do therapy with the kids. They hire people with Bachelor's degrees not undergrads. They could for people with a desire for life-long learning.

The pay isn't great but the work is fun. If you don't like the pay, work in high tech or wait tables.
