Absolutely everything. Non-payment to clients, delayed salaries for employees, missing all legal deadlines. Terrible management focused on trivial matters. Non-transparent communication between management and employees. There's no middle management to balance the needs of both directors and employees. Managers lack even the slightest knowledge and experience in leading people. Extremely low salaries and minimal raises.
