"Nepotism at it's FINEST!!" - Anonymous employee LUKOIL Employee Review

Command economy style of management and operation. Unbelievable. All decisions ultimately made from Moscow but the whole operation is only a diversion to make people "Think" they are adding value or doing any real work. The only people with a real future at this company are RUSSIANS! People mysteriously show up to work in positions that are friends, relatives, political party associates from Russia, sons and daughters of business associates owed favors to from around the world. Never seen anything this blatant! Nepotism at it's finest.
