Government regulation means that flexibility isn't always an option.

The company itself has a good culture and it seems to be well organised, at least in the head-office (Perth) and in the other States. Melbourne office is a different story unfortunately. The product (the training) is quite serious and there is definitively a demand for it. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and hardworking people. Alsop the admin/enrolment staff does its best to assist the students.

When I joined the company, the business and admin part was just chaos. My supervisor wasn't opened for feedback, and when I suggested some improvements and changes (very much needed), she decided to get rid of me. It's truly sad to see someone with such a seniority and expertise in constant need of professional and personal validation. No point to employ a BDM to then micromanage him and also to set him up for failure by not giving him information that he needs and by creating every possible obstacles to his job. This is simply unethical.
