Spreadsheet managers who's sole focus is on metrics that look good on paper, while squeezing employees for unreasonable outputs. Large firms contract out work to MindTree as a way to cost save (LTI's pay is about 50% of what an FTE for a large firm would receive), with a large share of work being outsourced to places like India to skirt wage/labor laws. Our team was also forced to RTO, with management openly admitting it was so they could keep an eye on us.
