Pros
Truely no pros about this company named LTM. But when I had joined back in 2022 it was Mindtree which I think was far far better than LTIMindtree or LTM Ltd
Cons
1. Salary hike and benefits are so minimal that even after working there for almost 4 years I have not got a hike of 1 LPA in the overall CTC 2. HR or what they call People Partner are the worst side of this company. For any queries you keep on pinging them or drop mails to them you wont get any response from them. When we raise tickets for HR related queries they simply reply back that reach out to your people partner wherein the people partner people never ever respond back 3. No onsite projects so people who have an aspiration to travel abroad please avoid this company. Initially they will tell they have some scopes but as soon as you move to bench then all those scopes are either scrapped or are fulfilled they never provide any clear picture 4. WFM team is another worst part of this company where they are not ready to discuss with you of what sort of project or what are your needs. They will randomly force you into any random projects(which are limited though).
