The Experience: I went through the entire interview and selection process with LTMindtree (now LTM Limited) and received an offer letter for a Business Analyst role. The HR recruiter was fully aware of my employment history including a short nursing experience which was irrelevant to the role. She herself instructed me to add it to the onboarding form. Based on their offer and verbal assurances from both the HR recruiter and the project team, I resigned from my stable job and relocated to Bangalore — incurring significant financial losses. After all this, my offer was revoked citing BGV insufficiency — for documents from a company that has since permanently shut down, which the HR was already aware of before asking me to resign.
Cons
What shocked me most: • HR knew about document limitations BEFORE asking me to resign • Project manager was also aware and still asked me to relocate • No one took accountability when the offer was revoked • I was left without a job, in a new city, with financial losses Advice to candidates: Never resign from your current job until BGV is 100% cleared. Do not trust verbal assurances from this company’s HR team. Get everything in writing.
