Pros
Good work culture. Hybrid model is still being followed for better work-life balance.
Cons
Increment % is low even for the low salary employees. Even after promotion, the hike is less. Also, the organisation keeps delaying increment cycle skipping months by even half year. Even if you have earned leaves, you wouldn't be able to avail it if you want for a week or two.
