      Immediate colleagues were nice (other HR/Recruitment Administrators)

      Micromanagement and monitoring of tasks and breaks Strict working hours and set lunch time On a shared services phone line to provide advice to employees and managers who are very rude No career progression

      Exciting tasks, though lacking good direction. The team great and other collegues excellent.

      Very little direction and management.

      Amazing annual leave allowance. Often approve and fund courses.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity at the local site if you don't want to go into teaching. Would have to relocate to Manchester.
