Pros
I have been working at LTD Financial Services for over 9 years now, and have earned a bonus check each and every month for over 8 and a half of those years. Like anything else, you will get what you put into it. I came in with absolutely no experience, and with the help of management and veteran collectors, I was able to succeed quickly. Over these years I personally have had some very difficult family issues, including having to be on FMLA. During that time the management team found ways to work with me while still giving me the opportunity to support my family. With no college education I have managed to make over $65k/yr. I now get 3 weeks a year in paid vacation, some matching on my 401k, and have won prizes such as a big screen television, xbox one and more.
Cons
The Elevators can be crowded causing it to be difficult to leave in the evenings.
