The recruiting department can be deceiving during the interview process as to how the pay structure works or how the work environment actually is. Management is not fair allowing preference to some employees over fairness to others, a lot of sexism and nepotism was witnessed during my employment at LTD and I often had to resort to the employee handbook to get a point across or have things honored such as vacation, dress code, or write ups.
