Pros

- Experienced designers, especially Jefferson Soldera. Extremely competent designer and team leader. - Somewhat flexible work hours; - They are building a good design team - They are constantly investing in training.

Cons

- Still not very experienced designers; - Managed by Professors who spend too much time at the university; - Weak sales team; - No benefits; - Absolutely no vision from the board of directors, which forget that IC design is not a trivial task. There should be a good validation laboratory, eda/cad team support and most importantly, someway to test the designed circuits in silicon BEFORE the actual client ICs are fabricated.
