Pros

Good pay, great incentives. Information well cascaded from senior management. Hard work is always recognised and rewarded. Company is heading more corporate but not necessarily a bad thing.

Cons

Long hours, work life balance is not great especially with a young family. Other departments have better work life balance which is unfair.

However I'm sorry to read you didn't feel that there was a good work life balance. Due to the nature of the business, Saturday working is required for some roles however work life balance is something we're always reviewing so I will pass on your feedback for review.
