The people who do the real work are great. If not for co-workers most everyone would leave the company. Amazing how this happens.
Cons
CEO/Owner does not act like he has authority, leaves all major decisions to COO who literally has only worked for failing companies. Everyone has failed, is there a connection? CAO or whatever his title is this year always talks about what he did 30 years ago for come college company, as if that matters. Management is not supported by executive team although they act like what they do matters. Talent has left the company left and right from mid managers to VP's and people act like those people were the ones in the wrong instead of wondering why they left. No real expertise in the company now dealing with valuations-non appraisers are making decisions about appraisals. Amazing how this even works. Imagine if we had people who knew what they were doing or talking about how good it could be.
