I have been working for LPT corporate almost two years now. My role and the company are growing so quickly. I have been given a leadership role in that time and a promotion for my work. I was frustrated reading the post (of others who were likely let go) say this environment is, to put it professionally, labor intensive which YES we work hard but it’s my hard work that got me the role I am in now and the ability to lead my team independently. I have met many of the company leaders working at HQ, including our CEO, they are all kind, approachable and wonderful individuals. If you don’t understand real estate and how insanely fast this company is expanding then you will not understand the reward for your investment. The company I left before coming here never gave me a raise in 3 years and I was promised yearly reviews. I am so grateful I was given the opportunity to work for this company
Cons
You have to be able to shift and learn because this company is moving swiftly- processes change and you need to take it in stride. Also benefits are not that great.
