Met a few lovely people. Office is quite sleek, and if you take the train in the location couldn’t be better.
Cons
-Daily verbal abuse (from clients, management and conveyancers) -Bad faith actors were always promoted over work horses who fixed their errors (many will pick up the phone and tell client to call back later to inflate their call stats, leaving others to deal with angry clients an hour later) -Conveyancers rarely picked up the phones for their clients leaving client services to handle the anger of clients -Rampant bullying of employees including the casual tossing around of slurs (then the promotion of this person) -Formal business dress code despite being an entirely online business -0 monitory incentive (all “rewards” for meeting an emotionally trying margin will be breakfast, pizza or drinks out) -Position was marketed like an entry level paralegal position but the experience is only that of a call centre) -0 consideration for employee well-being
