As a private CM company, the work environment is casual,relaxed and comfortable. Team members are very knowledgeable and capable of .
Cons
Any & All project issues are researched, information is compiled and recommended solutions are uploaded to the project database for review prior to being implemented, only on the direction of the owner/principal. Team members (staff) can only move forward with a decision from the owner/principal. So essentially staff is a glorified assistant, or workhorse, without much say so as to the outcome.
