Pros
A company where employees are treated with respect from Management to the lads on the tools. This makes for a better atmosphere on site where the whole team feel that they are valued in the construction process. Progression and benefits are on offer for all, from corporate days out to Leeds United games, office parties and various internal promotions. Many construction companies only offer such benefits and opportunities to management only, but here all are treated equally.
Cons
You may be asked to work away from home, however they do this better than most companies by putting you up in nice hotels and each employee is given their own room, no sharing.
