Management and HR team are very clicky, treat staff horribly. Expected to always come in early and work late. If you recommend any changes or question anything, expect to be out of the door within the week. They only like yes people, people's who faces fit and will get rid of anyone instantly that doesn't meet their criteria. No development within the business, will never promote internally. No benefits, no work life balance and management are not friendly. Bad culture and values. Be aware of a lot of the 5 star reviews are fake, from foreign outside EU countries where the company doesn't even operate.
