Management only does internships because cant and probably wont be able to pay their employees. The oldest person is the CEO (aprox like 47), and the second oldest would be like 25, this is so you kind of know the work environment age. Also, another cons is that there are not seniors employees, so if you are an engineer you will have to research and do all by your own. This makes the internship a bit pointless apart that it is free labor for the company.
I would not recommend this company.
