We're sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. Recruitment is a demanding industry, and while we always aim to provide a supportive and structured environment, we acknowledge that some of the challenges you raised were valid during your time with us.
In particular, the high turnover you mentioned was largely driven by previous management decisions, where unfortunately the approach was to let go of team members rather than invest in training and development. We’ve since recognised that this wasn’t the right path for building a long-term, high-performing team — which is why we made the decision to restructure and move forward with a clean slate and new leadership.
Since your departure, we’ve implemented several positive changes, including:
- Flexible working hours
- Remote and hybrid working options
- An updated commission structure for unexperienced recruiters (the experience structure remains the same as it goes up to 30% in bandings, which we believe is competitive)
- Yearly trip to Dubai to support our international growth
