      Pros

      Very kind people working here Remote environment Opportunity to learn a lot of new skills

      Cons

      Although the team is incredibly understanding, work-life balance tips towards work here. Lots of clients and often very busy. This isn't a bad thing in my opinion, especially if you're looking to really hone your craft and work with some amazing brands, but it's something to keep in mind!

      Pros

      I have worked with the company on freelance terms since 2015, recently came on full time. A big pro is the flexibility of where I can work and projects vary.

      "We will give you more money"

      Cons

      Bad work practices, no contract only nda, net 30 payment. I quit after some crazy hours and they never pay me.
