Will never recommend anyone to join there - Worst Company I Worked At LMS Solutions (India) Employee Review

1.Higher management is worst. 2. Too much politics by HR, owners and higher management people. 3. Company hired some people at higher position to fire others. 4. They don't fire you but they create situation so that employee will put there resignation by themself. 5. On resignation if someone ask for early leaving they ask for money.
