I honestly love working here. From day one, it’s felt like such a positive place to be. The company culture is brilliant - open, warm, and collaborative - and there’s a real sense that what we do makes a difference in people’s lives. The induction was the best I’ve ever had - really well thought out and helped me get to know not just the role, but the people and the company itself. Everyone has been so welcoming, right up to the directors, and you can feel that the culture is something they really value. There’s a lot of respect for creative input here, and I’ve always felt encouraged to bring ideas to the table. My manager has been amazing - always supportive, open to new approaches, and focused on helping our team do our best work.
