      Although working remotely, you still feel very much part of a team. A very supportive work environment. Plan your own diary so offers flexibility to your working day.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
