      Pros

      LMP has strong values, a great culture and is intent on making a difference to society. Staff work together well and I find it a refreshing place to be.

      Cons

      Not a con but it is fast paced and exciting, new staff should be aware of this and ensure that this is what they like.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
